★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U force me and forced me I felt uncomfortable to say no my eyes brows looks bad I let East Indian women do my eyes brows I told u I don’t want u to them but u forced me claming your so special and good I’m out tonight with friends and they are telling my eyes brows look to thin and uneven stop forcing ppl u don’t know how to work East Indian womens eyes brows we have different hair and my hair growth is very slow now I have to wait months for the hair to grow back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a pedicure here with a friend. They cut off too much of my toe nails and didn't buff my friend's feet properly. The ladies seemed a bit disgruntled working there that morning and rushed us a bit. My nail colour chipped the next day :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a mani pedi here before and it was pretty good quality. Today I had a manicure and it turned out disaster! I ended up with thick layer of top coat that could not dry, uneven nail polish and visible cuticles. I ahad to keep asking her to clean the cuticles and fix the nail polish many times. She forgot to put hand cream, nevermind the massage and added a gulp of oil at the end to I recommend you book with an experienced employee if you want to try this business. cover it which left me with greasy hands.

I’ve never had bad nails coming out from there and I trust them a lot. Book an appointment with Anna and Dayan. ??

I went in looking to get a new set of acrylics nails, but left with a ripped nail and bits of old acrylic left on my nails. There’s a photo attached. Old acrylic still on my pinky.
Firstly, no COVID precautions were taken. I wasn’t asked to wash my hands prior to the manicure.
Secondly, the guy who did my nails made them look even worse coming out. He cut my nails with acrylic still on them which really hurt. He didn’t soak them prior. Also, he clipped my skin and ground my nail twice which was extremely painful.
I felt uncomfortable with the service and asked him to remove the old acrylic so I could pay and leave. They wanted me to pay more than I was quoted over the phone.
I would avoid this place. Horrible.

I was not aware that it was painful to take off acrylics. I was only asked if I wanted a fill, but no explanations were provided as to why it was better.
In terms of pricing, I did not know there were differences. I had only asked how much it would be to take off old acrylic and was quoted $15. No one said that I had to get a new set for that price.
