First off their communication skills are poor and unprofessional! They didn't take the time to explain how they were going to do, since this was our first time going to their spa.
Nor did they explain that they were busy that Saturday. We had booked an appointment for 1:30pm a week prior, to the Saturday, my dog didn't get into 4:20pm! He was in there for 4 hours, which was explained that the service would only be about 45 minutes when we originally called. If I would have known that my dog would have been in there for 4 hours then I could have just came back to get my dog washed and groomed when they were calmer. They definitely over scheduled themselves, even though they knew that had that many clients coming in that day. That's very unprofessional.
If you don't mind taking to your dog to a groomer who has unprofessional communication and over schedules themselves, then be my guest. I'm definitely not taking my dog back there ever again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff need to tell people about there rope toys for dogs our dog had to have emergency surgery directly after Christmas the poor dog had to have string from the rope removed from his intestine I called the store spoke to the manager and all I got was THATS UNFORTUNATE we were left with extensive vet bills as a result of this toy never again will we be back this store or olys for that fact

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Great selection of pet supplies and grooming services are great.
Take your kids, or grandkids to Play Abby, while you sip your Tim Horton's coffee and relax, while Fifi is getting pampered!
There's even a teacher's store in the back, where I get educational toys and games for my grand kids. We'll be enrolling in dance and martial arts there soon too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the services, products and the workers, from the cashiers to the groomers. Everyone is super friendly. My dog is super timid going in there (or anywhere lol) and they'll offer her treats n much wanted pets to help ease her. Highly recommended, good idea to book in advance when you want grooming as they are very popular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BC owned and operated. This location has been up and running for 10 years now. The staff where helpfull when i called to ask about their cat grooming services. They have a decent selections of cat stuff with more cat treats than most places have. Like all pet stores the dog section is the largest part but they seem to carry a different variety than your big box pet stores. Still have those good national brands plus ones I rarely or have never seen before .
