I was planning to use the original surveying company that first issued our RPR on our build, but decided to call around and found that Olsen North provided me with a better price than our original company offered. Huge bonus; as it's costly enough getting your house ready to list- every savings counts. Within a couple of days I received full compliance from the City and my new RPR in my inbox. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend Olsen North Land Surveying without hesitation.
