★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor communication with regards to compliance requirements in Rocky View County. I hired Jones Geomatics for a Real Property Report when I sold my home recently (I lived in Rocky View County). Their prices were competitive and they said they could get the RPR done in a reasonable time frame. I took this RPR 4 months after I received it to my lawyer's office to go over the sale of my home only to find out I required a compliance stamp from Rocky View County before the lawyers could finalize the documents. I immediately contacted Jones to ask why there was no communication from them to myself informing me I required a compliance stamp and the response I kept getting was "It is your Realtor's and Lawyer's responsibility to inform you regarding compliance requirements." How does a professional survey company operate under the assumption that everyone else knows the legally requirements with regards to survey documents? Is that not the reason to hire a professional survey company? I took the RPR to RVC to have them review it and give it compliance, but they say it takes 5-7 business days to have it reviewed. Ultimately, the sale of my house went through but there was a substantial hold back of funds until the RPR receives the compliance stamp. Long and short of all of this, contact a survey provider who will communicate all the requirements to their customers and not rely on others to give their customers key information.

They sent a team of trained professionals who handled the report with no complications or added stress to my already stressful relocation. Being a busniness owner I appreciate when I receive amazing service and Jones Geomatics was top notch. I highly reccomend them!

Firstly, They made some serious stakeout errors that results in either leaving them for long term impact or correcting them. I end up correcting the errors by incurring lots of additional costs and this company has failed to take the responsibility for the error they made. This issue will be taken to the court as Girma and Kevin the owner of the company don't want to even discuss this matter at all.
Secondly, Girma has communication issues - such as he dos not advise the client about all hidden charges and like to surprise with invoice. Upon taking your business, their customer service is ZERO, when I asked questions and clarification about the uncommunicated charges, Girma hung up the calls and the company owner doesn't seem to also care about his clients. This is a very small company, so don't expect fair services will be provided.
PLEASE DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY - SAVE YOUR SELF LOTS OF HASSLE AND STRESS AND COSTS
