★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a recommendation to get tints from Custom Decals and I am so happy with how it turned out! I needed my two front windows done; they were super helpful in matching it with the back windows and all the staff is super nice! Everything looks perfect, not one flaw. Will definitely be going back in the future for front tint!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to get the chrome window tint they advertised. Worst decision. Job tooks months and never got fully completed because i got tired of waiting, the half job that was done started fading within a month and when i reached out they said it wasnt covered under warranty and after going back and forth they said they would fix it. This was over a month ago and still no word. Over $300 paid for tint that makes my car look worst than it did before. Would not recommend the chrome tint or the shop. There are better places that have quality products

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I get my tint done at another shop , but I picked up a daily and needed tint done fast ( should have just waited). Friend knew someone who worked at custom decals and they said they could do my tint in 30-45 minutes one morning. We’ll just as I’m about to go there I get a dm, not even a call, a dm that they were behind and told me to come back that afternoon. So I show up later and am told it will be about 45 minutes. Well, an hour later nothing, so I ask where my truck is, get told they were just behind and it’s started on, another hour later, told the same thing. I ended up being there 7 hours, and they wouldn’t let me go back and look at my truck and kept giving me the run around. So finally when I get my truck , the door cards are absolutely soaked and covered in water , didn’t wipe them off at all door pockets are filled with water. And the story gets better, I was getting ceramic tint but what they put on most definitely is not ceramic, but they keep denying it trying to tell me I don’t know… it’s not hard to tell. And just to add to their bad job, the top window edge looks like a child trimmed it with safety scissors. Also the owners running this place are EXTREMELY rude , I could hear them talking rudely about some other customers in their office when I was waiting for my truck, they were also extremely rude to me about my truck and had zero respect for my time. I normally don’t post reviews but they have had many chances to make this situation better but have chosen not too and potential customers need to know .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You gotta hand it to these boys. I've had numerous things done from custom decals / luminous staff is super helpful nice always down to help talk ideas and make those ideas come to life. Prices are super competitive location is easy to find. I highly recommend checking them out from wraps to tints to decals and a good car meet. Custom decals is Hella lit. Shout out to Ryan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From first meeting of the owner and staff at a Calgary car show it's been nothing less than an amazing experience. They are all very professional, friendly and knowledgable. When I first contacted owner he was willing to answer my question and provide ideas at a very hectic time for the shop. He even went so far to complete my car in the time frame he promised his staff would be blocked off for car show planning. Thats customer service to a T. The work done to my car was seamless. And the small details added were a pleasant surprise. Cant count how many positive comments I get for my custom decals. Thank you boys!!! I'll be back for tint and you know referals have and will be sent over without hesitation.!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my Subaru WRX wrapped by Custom Decals. When I arrived, we did a walk around with my car and went over everything on my car, making sure I didn’t have any questions. They really made sure I was able to get my car wrapped the way I wanted it. They were even nice enough to install my aftermarket carbon fiber grille and side emblems as well. When it was time to pickup my car I was blown away by the providing an excellent wrap quality! I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome of their work! They put a lot of hours into this and went above and beyond to make this the way I wanted. Hands down the best place to get your car wrapped, they provide quality work and it shows. You won’t be disappointed.
