Nitin joined Crash Lawyers in June, 2021.

Although Nitin now exclusively practices in Personal Injury Law, he has experience in a broad range of areas including civil litigation, corporate and commercial law, family & divorce law, wills & estate law, and employment law. He brings in international experience from his practice at the Supreme Court of India. Nitin has represented clients at all level of courts and tribunals in Alberta. His practice involves advising clients on alternate dispute resolutions.

Nitin has a Master of Laws (LL.M) Degree with specialization in Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law, from the University of Calgary. He was awarded the 2015 Graduate Student Achievement Scholarship Award by the Alberta Government for his remarkable academic performance. Nitin is a published author and an avid blogger. His published works include a paper on Public Participation in Federal Environmental Assessments under the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012 (CEAA), published in the Journal of Environmental Law & Practice (JELP) Vol- 29. Nitin holds an LL.B degree from Campus Law Centre (CLC), Delhi University, and a B.A. in Political Science and Geography from Bundelkhand University, India.

Nitin is passionate about his involvement with the local community in Calgary. Since 2016, Nitin has served as a Director at the Rocky Mountain Civil Liberties Association (RMCLA). His contributions include promoting awareness of human rights and civil liberties for new immigrants and visible minorities. He also supports new immigrants as a Mentor through Calgary Region Immigrant Employment Council (CRIEC). Nitin is also an effective public speaker. He has made multiple public presentations and media interviews, including his presentations on the issue of Police Carding in Calgary, with the Chief of Police Staff, Calgary.

Nitin is multilingual and provides services to his clients in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.

In his leisure, Nitin loves spending time with family and friends. He enjoys meditation, long walks in the woods, drawing pencil sketches, and exploring new places.
