★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its weird that your overalls were 29.99 3 weeks ago...now the same ones are 90.00??? .other than that your staff are always helpful your store is very tidy and there is loads of parking no one has to pretend to be expecting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve gone to this Old Navy twice in the last few weeks. Both times I’ve unfortunately had the same cashier. Cashier #3254293 . She has been nothing but attitude and more attitude.
The first trip was to look for some family holiday pyjamas. The sections were a mess. I managed to find some in the correct size and brought them to the front. The cashier (#3254293 or Renni) had an attitude form the start. She informed me I took a pair of bottoms that actually belonged in a set. She then said “well are you going to go get the top, or do you not want this anymore?”. I replied “Um, okay I will go try and find it”. Not knowing what it looked like or where in the store I’d be. I asked for help, which she just turned around and waited. I tried look and took about 5-10 minutes as I couldn’t find it, so was looking at other pairs to see if they had anymore in the sizes I needed. When I came back up to the cash, she was huffing and puffing as I was holding up the line. I would’ve expected in customer service, for her to either go look for or with me, or have another associate come help as it wasn’t very busy.
The second time was today. Same cashier (#3254293 or Renni). I came in to return the sets I bought the previous time and some online orders that I no longer wanted. She again had nothing but attitude when I said I needed to process two separate returns (as they were both on different orders). She had little to no patience while I took out my email receipt and debit card to process the return. At the end I said thank you and she rolled her eyes and screamed for the next customer.
In my opinion, she made my experiences horrible. I’m normally very happy with the service I get at old navy, especially this location. But not this this cashier either occasion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of clothes for the family. Friendly staff and good prices. Plenty of parking and easy access from the HWY417. Lots of other stores and restaurants around making it a good place for a shopping outing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, friendly staff and the store is the cleanest Old Navy I have ever been too. It doesn’t look as though all the clothes have been used to wipe the dusty floor and thrown on a pile on a table like other Old Navys. Very well kept and tidy. Staff were attentive, answered questions honestly about their clothes and I left with a sweater and a coat. No line, just breezed on through. Unlike any other Old Navy experience I have ever had; relaxed and pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great visit to this location. My wife and I showed up at 8AM to shop. We were greeted by Charles and Angela. The 2 were outstanding and helped us get everything we needed. Charles even helped me with a sweater we couldn't find and gave me the last one off the manequin. Also we were super impressed at how clean and covid friendly this place was.

They have a piece of cloth for every family member at reasonable prices yet good quality.
Sales are on throughout the year.
I like their jeans collection.
Old Navy staff are there to make your shopping easy.
