โ โ โ โ โ Rajat is one of the most helpful person I have seen In this industry. I used to deal with Gala travels from Toronto earlier. They never took the time to listen to my requirements and give me appropriate options. Whether it be during Covid to fly from India to Canada or suggestions around health insurance for my parents, Rajat has never tried to pressure me in to taking a particular decision and helped me all the way through. Even to get refund for the cancelled flights during Covid. Our experience while coming via Mexico to Canada during Covid in 2021 was exactly as he had explained it to us. I cannot thank him enough for his help and great attitude. I would not look for another travel agency.
