★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HONEST - they could have charged me for full replacement of sticky calipers, instead they serviced them (greased pins) which made my brakes work like new again. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Have been going to this particular location for years and years. All the staff here are super knowledgeable and friendly. I have purchased probably 15 sets of tires and had trailer tires and other tire work here. Not once was I ever overcharged and the prices were better than anyone else. Also the mechanical side of things here is very good as well. Have done suspension, brakes, and light mechanical here and still no disappointment. I believe they can also do most more advanced mechanical work on engines. If they can't do it they will refer you to someone who does. Shout out to Dallas and Randy who at this point I believe I have known for about 12 years. Feels like family here and have never had a bad experience. Keep up the great work. Places like this are getting rarer and rarer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends’ tires were stolen after she was told to drop them off the night before with a code in a secure area. Over night they claim to have been broken into and her tires were stolen. She was told it was her issue and she should make a claim with her insurance company? There is a $1000 deductible?? OK tire took no responsibility for the theft, they weren’t concerned, nor did they contact the police about the break in??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay was great! Very professional and polite. I was late for my appointment but really needed a leak repaired. He did his best to accommodate me and complete the repair, and was extremely friendly about it. All of the staff I encountered were super friendly as well. Fast service and hard working team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Ok - tire. Brought the car in with a leaking tire. As it turned out the tire was beyond repair. I asked if they could put the spare on for now as I was not able to buy two new tires right away. I also always research any tire recommendation. I offered to pay for putting the spare tire on but all I was told is that they could not do because there was no spare tire kit in the truck. They even told me where it was supposed to be in the truck. When picked up the truck, I went straight for the spare tire kit and - voila, there it was. Very unprofessional, they could have told me that they cannot do it instead they let me drive off in the cold with a leaking tire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently stopped in to OK Tire crowfoot when I noticed my engine light on and flashing. They took me in right away as I was leaving for Edmonton. The diagnosis and repair was completed in less than an hour and I was back on the road! Highly recommend this shop for all of your mechanical and tire needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have 4 vehicles including a 4 x 4 and a high performance vehicle. The folks at OK Tire in Crowfoot are the best. I have been going to this shop for many years and have never had a problem. There was one time a small error was made and they immediately accepted responsibility, fixed the problem and apologized. That spoke volumes about their integrity. I purchase all my tires there. Randy knows his stuff! The mechanic is great and explains what the trouble is. As soon as a vehicle is off warranty, OK Tire Crowfoot is my go to place. They do not oversell, fix things that are not broken and they are on time with repairs and appointments as much as that type of business will allow. I highly recommend this shop! They truly are honest!
