★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. 8 people working there and no one knows what the other one is doing. Sales person had the nerve to tell me to keep distance when she's with another customer standing and talking about one foot away from her. When she brought my item to the cash it was the wrong size, the size was clearly marked on her order but no she had to get another incompetent sales person to measure the item while I'm waiting and suffocating with a mask on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a little family-run store absolutely packed with good-quality home items. Window treatments to kitchenware to bed covers to luggage. It's the kind of place that's hard to just browse because you end up noticing something you just need. I got a memory foam pillow I didn't know I needed :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told to check out this place for blinds and I new exactly which one and size I wanted. Fairly good prices around the store. Service was okay. We asked for some help and the lady said rudely ‘what do you want’ told her I wanted these blinds and she told me to go to the other side to get them. Honestly after that experience of the way the lady showed her customer service I don’t think I personally would go back. But if you’re looking for some new stuff for your house definitely check them out they have everything you’re looking for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 stars. The employees are so rude , never respond to clients needs and the worst is that the manager doesn’t care !!! PAY ATTENTION ro their return policy . I bought a pot and after one use it became black inside. I went there for an exchange and the manager refused it in a very bad way . I told her that i would review her bad service and she said “ i don’t care you could write whatever you want “ . What a mangement!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the worst customer service. I have bought a luggage set from them for hundreds of dollars. The luggage ripped just by holding the handle which is not normal as it is meant to be held that way. I went back to the store a few days after (less than 2 weeks after the purchase), the employees were rude and told us they couldn't do anything even though it is our right to a refund or an exchange as was told by the employee who would then contradict herself and tell us she couldn't do anything. They told us we should talk to the owner. We went and called several times after to know when the owner would be there. He was "never" there. Then we went to the store, and he was completely rude telling us that we exceeded the 15 days limit to get a refund or an exchange. We told him what happened with the employee and he continued his charade. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I will be taking it further with "L'office de la protection du consommateur". They are ripping people off and their service is awful.
