J'ai suivi toutes les étapes de la construction avec mon père qui a toujours été dans le domaine. Nous avons pu constater que durant la période de construction la qualité des matériaux et de la main-d'oeuvre que ce soit la structure, finition intérieure etc. La fenestration est exceptionnelle. Mon père m'a même dit que la construction était supérieure à la moyenne des projets que nous avons visitée. Je n'hésiterais pas à conseiller des proches à acheter avec groupe Ménard Inc. I bought a house in the Domaine des 4 vents in Laval near the bridge of the A-25. We checked with the DGC and the east coast AA (highest rating). I followed all stages of construction with my father who has always been in the field. We have seen that during the construction period the quality of the materials and the labor, be it the structure, interior finishing etc. Fenestration is exceptional. My father even told me that construction was above average for the projects we visited. I would not hesitate to advise relatives to buy with Groupe Ménard Inc.

Roger Smith le représentant a répondu à toutes mes questions avec beaucoup de connaissances et de professionnalisme. J'ai visité la maison modèle et je suis très emballée par la qualité des produits et la dimension des pièces. Je n'ai pas hésité à signer pour l'achat de la maison. I bought a town house in the project "Domaine des 4 Vents" in the east of Laval. Roger Smith the representative answered all my questions with a lot of knowledge and professionalism. I visited the model house and I am very excited about the quality of the products and the size of the pieces. I did not hesitate to sign for the purchase of the house.

La personne en charge est très dévouée à nos demandes et elle fait un suivi constant des appels de service. I've had some problems with finishing and quality. They put the cheapest quality they can get their hands on. The house is so small, i have barely any back yard and street parking is terrible. However that's on me, i made the choice to buy there. I'll post some pictures of my quality issues soon.
