★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd times the charm I guess... This is the 3rd time I make an order and was very afraid I would, once again, not get my item seeing as how my first 2 orders never came through and had to go back to get a refund. Now I got the item and an happy for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went a couple weeks ago looking for very specific items in their flyer. It's almost impossible to find the items your looking for without staff to help you. In addition, most items are not available at the store. If you ask to get them to order it for you either they never call you to go get your items or they refuse to do did. This cashier was very rude to us when we went when we asked about certain items on special in the flyer. She really could not be bothered and kept saying that's not our flyer when it clearly was. Another cashier had to intervene and tell her it was their flyer. So incredibly rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very helpful - they often pop up out of nowhere to ask if they can assist you as wander around the store! I usually find everything I need there and it is not cluttered as some of the other hardware stores I've been to. They also offer services for entrepreneurs/contractors.

Why offer it and allow me to pay for it? Why don't you know beforehand that you are "out of stock" while placing an order?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I needed a yellow paint for mom's kitchen.
I did one coat of primer and started on the second coat of yellow and it still wasn't covering.
The service was great and the man at the paint counte helped me learn and explained how to actually apply yellow paint, never knew you need to put yellow in the primer and then 2 coats.
Thanks so much HoneHarware, once again impressed.

Otherwise, store well stocked, very clean.
