Il englobe tout les facettes du karaté autant du côté traditionnel et spirituel que du côté compétition et autodéfense. Très patient aussi avec les enfants. Je reccomande l'école à tout le monde.
 Excellent school! Senseï Serge is passionate and it appears in his lessons, very good values are taught there. It encompasses all facets of karate as much on the traditional and spiritual side as on the competition and self-defense side. Very patient also with children. I recommend school to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having done multiple disciplines, I can say with high confidence that Sensei’s have the same effect as teachers in school. If the Sensei is knowledgeable, competent, passionate, caring and dedicated, you will love the discipline you chose. Sensei Serge encompasses all that but goes above and beyond; he includes culture, a scientific approach to learn self-awareness and self control, uses a pragmatic approach to tie each movement into real-life scenarios and a ton of humor. A rare gem, his work is reflected in this school where all belts help newcomers, always supportive and respectful.
Enough said, if you get to find a spot open, try it and you will see, as a family activity or alone, you won’t regret it.

I attended one class and that's all it took! I was blown away how complete this class was. From Kata to kicks to self-defense not to forget fighting, all amazing.
Sensei Serge Piché who owns the school is an Exceptional Instructor. He is surrounded by amazing Black belts, that bring something unique-different to the class.
Our Kenpo Family is mix and ranges from little munch kins to old people !!!!
I drive 45min-1hr, snow, rain, tornado 2x/week to get to my class, that's how much I love it :))))
Not recommended for people allergic to sweat !!!!!
