Portions are quite awesome for the prices.
And the free side of fresh fruit is light and tasty!
( i find the coffee hit or miss, bitter or smooth) but the tea is always spot on
Each time i get the same thing, and its delicious! Soul in a bowl!
I am now a regular customer, and i love the easy to get to location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here every couple of months and order the same things because they are always consistent, the French toast trifle and the chasing chickens bowl with half spinach. I share these with a friend and we’re always very satisfied. 10/10

And if u don't have a reservation you'll be waiting for quite a while (about 30 minutes). But all round great place to get some breakfast

their humble beginnings in Renfrew. The flavour was outstanding and so was the service. I do love the story of a successful home grown chain, but with that comes some of the pitfalls. I absolutely understand the increase in prices and I don’t mind paying for it, but with that must come with value. Unfortunately OEB has fallen short of that in the last few years. I can’t put my finger on what has happened but there’s certainly a lack of love for creating quality dishes. When I have the urge for brunch, I tend to choose OEB seeing as they’re close by; only to forget why I stopped going. I still stop in for their eggs; they’re still outstanding! $18 these days for a flat of 30, which I also understand with the cost of everything these days. I do love that they support local as much as possible and I still do recommend them as a brunch spot to out-of-towners as OEB is a local home-grown gem and I’m proud of that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OEB like all brunch places are expensive but I do find you get what you pay for here. The food is always good. Our server Kathy was great, very helpful and checked in on us often. We are repeat customers and will keep coming back.

The ingredients are very fresh and the portions are just right.
Pictured is their Soul in a Bowl breakfast poutines. It was delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really quite good. I had the classic pouting and it was a touch salty. The rest of the dishes we ordered were fantastic. Prices initially appear high but when you get the food you realize there is good value to be had.
