She finds joy in working to provide strategies and programs that create and maintain a successful salon environment and prides herself on being able to build relationships with her team.
Shannon has experience in retail, professional services, field operations and corporate program development – including meaningful compensation design, leadership development and implementing effective policies, procedures and systems. Her goal at RedBloom is to build an effective and highly functioning professional workplace culture, where employees, guests and community feel valued.
When Shannon isn’t working, she is passionate about travel, and is likely planning her next “Trip of a Lifetime” with her husband. She also enjoys golfing, reading and spending time with friends and family.

She fixed it using only toner and gave me a balayage look - and she curled it afterwards for me. My hair looks great, I will definitely be returning!

My husband is autistic and has sensory issues. The whole experience with Shamayam was fantastic. My husband had a great haircut and for the first time, he left feeling excited for his next appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been 5 times to the Bridgeland Redbloom location. And have only had two good experiences and one of the two good experiences was a consult.
The first time I went was for a haircut this was the only good experience besides the consult.
I went for a consult for a colour got the colour done and the colour was blonde/brown instead of a light Auburn red, it was not matched correctly at all, I was charged over 300.00 for it, I had a chemical reaction all over my head and down my neck, a big section at the base of my scalp was also missed when toned so it was still white from the bleach.
They did right by me, when I called and complained but the colour was still not matched correctly as promised in the consult.
The next time I went was for a haircut and the cut was good, the hairstylist wasn’t very friendly but she was good at her job. However I was charged twice (230.00) and it took a month to get a refund.
I won’t be coming back. My time is valuable, and the cost of their service is extremely high for the bad experiences I’ve had and the time I’ve had to take out of my busy schedule, having to go down there and get them to fix the colour, and having to chase them down for my refund.
Don’t pay debit here, if I would have paid credit I would have disputed the charge and my credit card company could have handled everything.
The only reason why I gave the company two stars is because Troy made sure I got my money back.

She was very honest and easy to talk to and listened well to what I wanted. She is very thorough and detailed, took me in early as well as spending ample time to give me an amazing cut. She is very passionate about her craft and it shows with the results! Best pixie haircut I have ever had! Price was very reasonable as well. Thank you for the wonderful service, I really appreciate it.
