Watched someone pour their blood from a cup into the pop machine/area and watched it be cleaned up with only a rag. Otherwise the food is pretty good but will never return.

I went to this McDonald's on a weekend during a convention. I don't think the manager was aware of the event and had a small amount of employees working to serve such a large crowd. The employees weren't happy at all but that's understandable since they were so swamped.

The people who work there are completely incompetent. Ordered 2 donuts, but when I got back to my room, there was only one in the bag. Ordered two breakfast burritos, and they gave me no salsa. Ordered extra bacon on my breakfast sandwich, and they ignored that and gave me the regualar amount. Ordered an extra-large coffe, and they gave me a large. All while they allow homeless non-customers hang out there and harrass actual paying customers. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to.

Don't go here, you would be wasting your time and money. It took way too long for my order to be made. There was a huge lineup, and the manager told one of the two workers to go on break while he did nothing. Did not have a great attitude either. Then the iced coffee was warm...horrible experience. Highly not recommended, would be the last place to go to.

This restaurant gets my order wrong more than 50% of the time. I live next to the McDs so it's the most convenient one but definitely the worst one I've been to. I once stood there from 10am to 11:30am waiting for my breakfast order while watching them put out lunch orders. They consistently burn my mcmuffin buns and forget items making me go back to ask for it back. After complaining, McDonald's would give me vouchers but I would still not recommend you go here.

Ordered food at 2 am and was delayed 30 minutes. When the food arrived, what we did get was cold and inedible, and we were missing over half of our order. And when I say inedible I mean the "gravy" on the poutine was hardened to the point of looking like brown sugar.

The screens with the order numbers were great, especially for this location as it has/had two entrances, one from the street and another full the mall. Unfortunately, at some point over the last year or so, the staff at this location have started just clearing all the orders regardless of whether they have served the order or not. I'm assuming this is due to some corporate policy pushing minimum order clearance target times. This idea might be good in theory but in practice this is what you get, stores trying to game the system and the order number screens becoming essentially useless. Worst case, your bag with the order number gets stuck under others and missed and they don't realize they haven't served your order until you mention it after having watched 5 or 6 same orders (just a big Mac and fries) that came in after yours go out first. Whether this is a corporate thing or a store trying to have the system so their stats look better, this is a fail for the customer experience.
