- He is a professional merchant, as such he expects you to respect your and his time, in my case we negotiated a watch, the negotiation was straight forward and fair.
- He might be a bit skeptical about a buyer when he does not know you or does not know if you are serious, multiple people can say they are interested on something, but very few follow up.
- Once the transaction is ongoing, he will make his best effort to make sure you have all information needed on your product for full satisfaction, he will be happy to share his knowledge about the piece you are buying, do not be afraid to ask.
-In short, the guy is professional and straight to the point, some people may like this approach, some people don't, try to be the same, and you will have a easy/satisfactory transaction.
-I would go an visit his store again, plenty of interesting things for collectors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience at Odessa, which felt a lot like visiting an old friend! I first communicated with Alex over email regarding my Royal Canadian Mint collection. He took the time to review my list and naturally, informed me that for an accurate evaluation, he would have to look at each item in the store.
Fast-forward to the in-store visit and all I can say is that Alex is meticulous, and the whole evaluation process was thorough and detailed. Additionally, Alex is very kind, patience, and honest. Having gone to other places beforehand, I can honestly say that this was the least stressful and most pleasant of the bunch. I cannot recommend Alex enough.
Outside of these qualities, he also paid the fairest of the bunch, which made selling to him super easy. Thanks again for your time!

He offered advice, information and bought a few of them. I left his shop with some money but most of my coins were worth face value. I would recommend Odessa. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

The owner is professional, honest, and straight to the point. He's also very fair with his prices, which was one my biggest concerns when I started looking into selling my gold. No one wants to get ripped off, so I shopped around a bit beforehand and this guys' prices were significantly better than any other place I visited.
Highly recommended if you want to sell some gold at the best price.
