★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chez Geeks has been my go-to for anything board game or TCG related since the day I walked into their doors the first time, years ago.
The inventory is great, and if they don't have a game, they can probably get it for you no problem.
The owners are down to earth, energetic, friendly, and always cracking jokes. The store has a small-business bustle, and a warm energy that feels like you're with good friends or family, which you notice the moment you walk in.
Over the years I've frequented the shop, it was also very clear that Chez Geeks is one of the best card shops on the Island of Montreal, because like any other Montréal staple (ie.: St Viateur or Schwartz's) it has dedicated, repeat customers; They always come back.
Want to play something new, but don't know where to start? The owners KNOW THEIR STUFF, having designed and produced their own board games themselves! Ask them for help and they'll find you a game you love; You'll find yourself walking in whenever you're in the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason 4 stars is they focus on Magic and board games, while I'm a ttrpg player. But the staff are so wonderfully friendly and helpful that I pop in once and a while, anyway :D
If they don't have something, ask. They've been happy to special order for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small store. I went there to buy booster packs and the clerk was very helpful. I don't regret my purchases. The place could be rearranged to look bigger, but not a big deal. I would have liked to see all of the MTG boxes they had to sell rather than asking the clerk myself.
