★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just LOOOVE this place. So many things and choices to choose from. Staff is great, shelves are full of anything manga, movie and pop culture. New products coming in all the time, I stop by at least twice a week. See you there.

Every article they have on sell were broken BUT no sign to tell you or at the moment to pay the cashier doesn't even tell you that the items you're buying are on sale BECAUSE they're broken.
Asked to see keychains in the glass cases and every single one she showed me were either broken or had the paint running down them.
Bought a Sailor Moon tiara that was on sale and NOWHERE did it say it was broken, only that it was on sale, paid and went outside, opened it up and saw it was broken, went back because obviously I didn't want a broken one and was told by the person who sold it to me that they're all broken and that's why it's on sale.
Apparently me telling her it was pretty dishonest of their business to not advertise customers that they're selling goods that are broken as a "sale" was rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Machine didn’t work, I tripled checked my account and made a online purchase to check my card and it was completely fine. Lady behind the cash was to lazy to fix her machine or get another one and lost a 100$ sale. Go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a really cool store, they have so much stuff I'd love to buy and the prices are pretty good too! The only issue I've had is that each time I go in the staff is cold and unwelcoming. I had to exchange something recently and the woman doing my exchange was quite rude. I love going to check out their stuff but it's not always a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is a bit packed, lots of stuff and lots of people, they have a really good selection of cute and nerdy stuff, prices are a bit jacked in some things but overall it’s what to be expected. I don’t like the argument of “it’s cheaper online” it’s a small business, they have to make some money so I really don’t mind having to pay extra here and there for the experience of going in a place. They have a great selection of squishmallows, Pokémon stuff, ghibli, etc. They also have very cute selection of plushes, backpacks, pops etc. The pops are pretty pricy but I noticed some are older exclusives so They’re imported and harder to find, if your looking for exclusive pops this would be a great place to go! I did however notice that they have an odd mix of licensed and unlicensed products. What I mean is that they’re selling authentic products for something things but then they have bootlegs of others. That makes me wary buying, I’m assuming since there wasn’t a ton of fake stuff, this could’ve been a buyer mistake. But overall the store had nice Ac, nice staff, god atmosphere and a great selection! Just pay attention to what your getting!
