Odeon Dental - Calgary

Staff are very friendly but professional. The dentist was great! I had a cavity and getting it filled was painless and pretty quick.

This is quite possibly the best dental office I've ever been to in my life ! If you are looking for a dentist (or dental team), I highly recommend Odeon dental. I was shopping for a new dentist in Calgary and came across an Odeon Dental flyer and decided to give them a call. Within the first few minutes of speaking with Alexis on my initial call, I knew this was the place. I explained what I was looking for and she outlined what to expect from their office as well as the rate structure. I informed her that I didn't have dental coverage and she was already thinking of ways to save me money without compromising the care I needed. Alexis arranged to have the files and x rays transferred from my previous dentist so they were ready for us when I arrived. I was met at the office by Dr. Pachal and his assistant Summer. After the initial examination, Dr. Pachal sat with me to discuss the work that was needed, what caused the damage , the options available and we were able to come up with a plan. Aside from the many fillings that I needed, I also needed crowns on my front teeth. Dr. Pachal and Summer worked together like a well oiled machine! I spent most of the time watching them instead of the overhead TV. They always made sure that I was comfortable and kept me informed of what was coming up next. After each session Dr. Pachal would sit, chat about the progress and discuss next steps. With the quality of care that I received and seeing the progress being made, I actually looked forward to each visit Dr. Pachal is a perfectionist and after 6 months of visits to Odeon Dental, I have regained my self confidence and have a smile that I can be very proud of. It's a million dollar smile for a lot less money. This team ROCKS! Every time we come here my kids have such a great experience. They always make you feel welcome, their technology is cutting edge and their knowledge and skill is excellent. Would highly recommend Odeon Dental.

Odeon dental made my wisdom teeth extraction a positive experience. Dr. Pachal and his assistant made sure I was comfortable and heard the entire time and they really cared about my experience. All staff were so professional and kind. They made the trip to the dentist a really good experience.

Great experiences, Alexis at the front desk was very informative, straight forward, and friendly. Matthew cleaned my teeth today and was again very straight forward and friendly. Every staff member I've met has been excellent and helpful. I will be returning there in the future and recommend their services. Update: got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Pachal and Katie yesterday. I was very comfortable, the procedure was fairly painless, and all the individuals there were very helpful and informative.

Odeon is a great choice for dental needs. The front end staff were efficient, friendly and welcoming. My hygiene was carried out by Carly who was professional with a very soft touch. Although I did not have an appointment with the dentist, Dr Pachal did pop in to introduce himself and ask how things were going. Would 100% recommend this dental clinic.

After three years of avoiding the dentist, I decided to finally bite the bullet and book an appointment with a new clinic. Alexis was extremely friendly at the front desk and helped to ease my nerves throughout the many appointments I needed after my exam. Megan was a great assistant to Dr. Monaghan, I felt super comfortable with the both of them and confident with their work. I never felt judged as someone who doesn't have super healthy teeth. The clinic always called me the day after to ensure everything was feeling okay. I forget the name of my hygienist but he was very nice as well!
