First meeting - he brought targeted market info enabling us to quickly determine a sales price, and gave us tips and contacts to show our home at its best. Needless to say, our house was another successful sale on the street. Sam has a wealth of market knowledge, contacts, and suggestions. He is honest, direct, supportive and fun. He listens and creates a trusted partnership.
S	Steven Truong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a home that was listed by Sam Corea. Throughout the process, Sam was frequently unresponsive from the queries from our realtor. On possession day, we came into the house and found that it was extremely messy, dirty, and with plenty of garbage left from the previous owner. This included large pieces of furniture, knives and tools in the kitchen drawers, scrap wood in the garage, wall-hung shelves, old towels in the washrooms, half empty alcohol bottles left in the pantry, a wall-hung TV, and even left-over food in the freezer!! Counters and floors were completely dirty with grime and the hood fan was literally dripping grease. The state of the house was completely disrespectful to us as new home owners - it almost felt worse than the state of an as-is a court-ordered sale. Not only that, we were told by Sam that the previous owners were supposed to drop off the garage opener for us - but it has been almost 2 weeks and we have not even received that, and we have been forced to buy a new one (another $70 down the drain). I'm not sure how any reasonable person would allow that to happen or think it would be acceptable at all. Seems like he and the sellers just took the money from the sale and ran and absolved themselves of any responsibility. I highly recommend anyone buying from Sam to be extremely careful and diligent - because from our experiences, he won't be.

Unresponsive, unwilling to assist, almost to the point of sabatage. Success appears to have removed the key attributes of customer service and concerns of his own reputation, surely, these should be consistant in a good market or bad. Shame on you Sam...!!
