★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Marda Loop Braces to receive orthodontic care that would complement my jaw surgery (which ended up being only upper jaw). Dr. Chen and his team made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and really payed attention to detail to make sure that I achieved the best results. Dr. Chen coordinated closely with my oral surgeon, Dr. Robert Goos, to ensure the whole process went smoothly. I felt I got some misleading news towards the end of my treatment about when my Invisalign would come off post-surgery, but overall I was very satisfied with my treatment throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend Dr. Chen to anyone in Calgary who needs orthodontics especially if surgery is involved.

With the best in technology, his keen sense of the "math" involved in moving teeth and his artistic touch - in one year my mouth was transformed in a way that beat all expectations. His team is outstanding and they all make "going to the dentist" something to look forward to. I recommend to all of you that wondered if you could handle "adult" braces to throw caution to the wind and get to Dr. Chen's office. I am 61 with a beautiful smile wishing I'd had it all along! Thanks Dr. Chen and all the staff at Marda Loop Braces! (PS - parking is easy and it's a great location for some extra special shopping!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chen and his staff were very thorough in explaining the treatment plan and different options available. They explained that their equipment was the latest technology to make the treatment as comfortable and accurate as possible. My appts are on time and very efficient.
I was here for adult orthodontics, but the office looks especially appealing for kids with lego, Xbox and Ipads to occupy them. I love the little kids door at the front. We'll definitely bring our daughter here when she needs braces. The office is immaculate and bright w 1 hr of free underground parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chen charged expensively. I spent almost $8000 for the treatment plus extra $500 for the retainers. I have lots of friends who got braces spent way less than this. I chose this place because I do believe Dr. Chen is professional. I don’t regret having braces. I just wish it could be done better. I still have gaps in teeth that food gets stuck in my teeth all the time.

Thank you so much for all of your support and guidance over the last 2 years. It can be a very overwhelming process to navigate the best orthodontic route for your child. The positivity and energy at your office is contagious, and the courteous nature of your staff made the entire process very easy to go through. Our son felt very comfortable going in alone for his appointments, and this was a huge step for us in establishing his independence and advocating for himself. Your staff was very accommodating in booking our appointments around some very busy schedules. Our son is very happy with his results and so are we! Thank you for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Chen and his wonderful staff for the excellent work they have done on my teeth over the last months. Dr. Chen recommended that I undergo Invisalign treatment and under his expert care everything went very smoothly. I could not have imagined a better outcome. Dr. Chen has that rare combination of having extensive knowledge, exceptional technical ability, substantial experience, and an artistry that brings about optimal results. In addition to this, his positive energy makes every visit enjoyable.
As for the Marda Loop Braces staff, they are all very capable, respectful, accommodating and kind. The whole office runs with remarkable efficiency and punctuality yet one does not feel rushed and is always made to feel comfortable.
Overall, I have been greatly impressed with Dr. Chen and his team. I will be a senior citizen soon and am living proof that it is never too late to successfully undergo orthodontic treatment. However, I would not hesitate to encourage anyone of any age who is looking to upgrade their smile and improve their dental health to use the services of Marda Loop Braces.
