Ocean Sports opened its doors in Edmonton, Alberta, on August 16, 1975 as one of Edmonton's first dive shops. Over the next 45 years, Ocean Sports has become one of Canada's largest scuba diving and water sport specialty stores. We are Canada's Watersports Expert in wake, scuba/snorkel, waterski, and SUP/kayak.

We have trained techs in-store that will ensure your gear is serviced to proper manufacturer's standards. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here looking for a surf board. One was recommended to me so I purchased it. After numerous tries I wasn’t happy with the performance. I came back to the store and explained the situation. The staff was beyond helpful, very informative. They helped me pick out a new board that was cheaper, gave me a discount on a new rope as well refunding the full purchase price of the previous board. This is exceptional customer service!! I will certainly be coming back to this business. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible customer service! After not having gone diving for a while due to the pandemic, I wanted to refresh my skills in preparation of getting in the ocean this coming winter. VERY reasonable pricing for refresher and spent 3 full hours in the pool with Todd going over all the skills and practicing. Todd was great, very informative and super helpful. Every person I have ever dealt with from Ocean Sports has been amazing. Todd - Scuba Instructor / Mandy - Scuba Coordinator / Megan - Owner Manager. Even when getting the right life vests for my dogs!! Highly recommend!!

They honoured the store credit many months later but they didn't have to. Very kind and each interaction with their team was excellent. Highly recommend these folks!!

They have a huge selection for diving gear and they are excellent as for customer service. Lisa is great she will help pick up the right gear and sizes. Buying a BCD and having the store letting you try it, with a wetsuit tells you how they go above and beyond for their customers. Also their Scuba instructors are top notch as I have done Scuba classes with them have been highly satisfied with how organized they are. You have a customer for life here! Many thanks to ALL your staff.
