- Appointment or Walk-in Service
You do not need an appointment to see a walk-in doctor. When making an appointment with your family doctor, the receptionist will ask you about the nature of your visit to allocate the appropriate time for your appointment. Multiple problems may require more than one appointment.
- Cancellations
Cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance as this frees up a needed spot for the next patient. Missed appointments without sufficient prior notice will be charged a fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for roughly a year just started to build a decent report with Dr. Upal, main concern for seeking a family doctor was due to gynecological issues. Recently experienced some terrible rt lower abdomen pain - called to see Dr.Upal but she was on vacation, so I saw some guy named Andrew there to say the least he told me I was constipated threw me a prescription for a laxative and gave me a req for an ultrasound and said if the pain went away to throw the req out, I explained I have issues with my Fallopian tubes and was concerned the pain was associated he shrugged it off and said he didnt know anything about that ( my entire file right in front of his face). Making an educated decision for my health - i went for the ultrasound (thank god - as the pain is due to my condition worsening), followed by the ER and made the choice to seek professional medical help from a REAL doctor. Due to one poor doctor's "professional advice" I have chosen to take my health else where. If your interested in Botox, Medical Marijuana and lack of care - this is your place. Otherwise dont waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in 3 1/2 hrs before closing with no one in the waiting area and was told that the doctor was no longer taking walk-ins. I could understand if there was even 1 person waiting but really? Too busy for a walk-in?
Took my wife to a different clinic and she was in and out in 20min. Not the first time I've been disappointed by an oasis clinic but definitely that last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this clinic for quite some time and I love it! I drive from the far SW just to see Dr. Upal, she is amazing and always takes time with my family and I. I have never felt like we are rushed in and out and I have always felt like she has gone above and beyond to make sure our medical issues are resolved. I will continue to take my family of 5 to this clinic as long as she is there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to stand up for yourself the ladies at the front desk get all kinds of flack from patients in pain. The doctor was kind but knowing that my bank account is 0 did not really try to hard. I need a family doctor and will go back to get my paperwork done but may not return if i dont feel comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family will be changing clinics. This clinic is nearly impossible to reach on the phone to set up an appointment. Four times this week the phone rings and rings and then just goes to a busy signal. But once you do get an appointment, you can expect long delays even if you’re one of the very first appointments. I don’t think I’ve ever waited less than 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seated in a room to be seen. One star, do not recommend
