Dr Haverstock has a warm and welcoming personality. He took the time to explain my injury in details and recommend treatment going forward. The receptionist in his office is very pleasant also. I definately would recommend this doctor.

The doctor did amazing job, fixing my elbow from surgery mistakes done in USA. Very caring, explaining and taking time to answer your questions. It was my 3-d elbow surgery, and hopefully final! And it was the most complex one. I did not have any supination movement since March on the time of my injury. And now it is back to normal!

Dr. Haverstock did Reversed Shoulder surgery on my right arm-shoulder this year. I was a little timid about the time to recover etc. but it went so smoothly. I am now in Physio and starting to get some reaching ability. Nice personality and excellent Surgeon. These 2 things count big to me.

Met Dr. Haverstock for first time. He was very pleasant, we’ll organized and provided a through visit. He and his resident were prepared for my visit. They had reviewed my X-ray and MRI before hand and were aware of my injury. They asked me many questions, examined my shoulder and degree of movement. He showed me my x-ray, my MRI and a model of the shoulder to explain my shoulder issue. He did not rush me out of his office. He took the time to explain the surgery procedure and he answered all questions. Then had his office assistant followed-up with next steps. She was very through in providing me with Pre-op, surgery, post surgery, recovery information and scheduling all follow-up appointments. I was very impressed.

Dr. Haverstock's lack of professionalism, and blatant disregard for customers has forced me to begin to look for a new surgeon, and to never refer anyone to him for his services. The process: - First appointment back in August - Follow up appointment on December 3rd, 2020 - after this appointment, I was told that within the following weeks, I would have a date set up "sometime in February or March." Fast forward to February 17th, and I still have not heard anything back. I figured I'd call incase they forgot to follow up with a surgery date but that was not the case. They had just forgotten about me. Period. In the time I spent waiting for Dr. Haverstock's office to contact me, I had dislocated my shoulder once again. After my conversation with the receptionist (who couldn't even put together a proper sentence/explanation as to why they haven't contacted me), she assured me that within the following days she would get back to me with a date sometime in March or April. Again, I waited, which brings me to today's date. I followed up once again this week on Monday (no progress has been made once again), followed up on Wednesday and still no progress. The receptionists excuse "we have been busy." I cannot seem to grasp how it takes almost 3 months just to come up with a date. Not even a courtesy call to tell me that they haven't been able to find something that works. I have wasted the last 7 months waiting on Dr. Haverstock's office - time I could have spent looking for a different surgeon. If someone is reading this and considering going to Dr. Haverstock for assistance, please don't waste your time.

After a couple years of shoulder pain, losing strength and not being able to workout I met with Dr. Haverstock and He explained how the surgery would go and after i had my shoulder repaired, he took the time during the follow ups to explain how the damage could have happened and how to prevent it. Thanks to Dr. Haverstock 3 months later I'm back to working out again. I have no pain and it keeps getting better and better as the weeks go on.

Dr. Haverstock is a wonderful dr. I had my carpal tunnel release surgery done by him. Starting with my first appointment for assessment till the surgery day , my experience was very good. He listened to me with so much care and attention. Encouraged me so well telling all pros and cons. And during the surgery he was so caring and careful. Asked me every moment how I'm feeling. I'm so satisfied with his work and his caring , professional nature. Staff at his clinic was very helpful and so prompt in replying to emails and messages. Thankyou so much Dr. Haverstock
