I had 2 knee surgeries with Dr Ginty (one for a broken patella and one scope to a very damaged knee), 1 year distance between them. I am very happy with the results and I would look for him again when I will need another one (and I know the next surgery is a must).

Class act all the way ! I have had 2 surgeries with Dr. Ginty. 15 yrs apart. First being an ACL and the second a minor clean up of the same knee. Best surgeon in Oakville hands down ! Great bed side manner, great sense of humour. I would recommend him 100 %

Dr. Ginty helped me with an Achilles’ tendon rupture. He is very kind and respectful. He takes the time to answer any questions thoroughly and does not rush through the appointment. I believe you will be in good hands if you are referred to Dr. Ginty!

Dr. Ginty replaced both my hips 10 years ago and they have been 100% , no problems. This week he will help with my knee. Very kind and gentle doctor that obviously cares about his patients. Osteoarthritis is no fun but he keeps my life active and painless. Thank you.

Dr. Ginty is an amazing orthopedic surgeon. He is skilled and kind. he doesn't tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what he can do to fix the problem. I had a total right hip replacement at the age of 47 and I didn't want to. He took the time to explain why i needed it, what would take place and then gave me options. I had the anterior hip replacement which has different protocol after surgery and I was made aware of my modifications and limitations. He will see you directly after surgery, then 10 days after, again 6 weeks after that and then 3 months later and continue to monitor your progress for the year. I would not have wanted another surgeon and feel very lucky.

I'd like to thank Dr. Ginty for choosing the path of orthopediatrics, without that choice I may not have had the right Dr. I had tore my ACL very badly in April 2019 as well tore the MCL (left knee) during soccer activity. I was very depressed and sad at this injury it truly was painful. The pain each day was brutal and my quality of life started to take a nose dive. Dr. Ginty performed scope surgery and petellar graft in August 2019 and I started on post-op rehab right after. The surgery, as expected, went successfully. I was very thankful to him for all he has done not just for myself but for other patients as well. So I actually began to notice results between 9 to 12 months post op, more so strength and proprioception with flexation. I believe every patient heals differently than others, and I found physio difficult and the re-teaching of muscle memory hard and taxing on my body because of the intricacies involved. My brain was telling my knee that we did this before and look what happened to us, we snapped in half. I really am thankful he performed the surgery and admire the clinical precision that was taken and his plan and procedure that would be taken to perform the surgery given the medical findings and examinations to support it. I was very nervous about surgery and he reassured myself prior to going into the OR that I am a young man and I should be overall fine and shouldn't worry to much about it. Never in a million years running around this planet would I have thought my ACL MCL would tear apart from the sudden change of direction. I did that pivot a million times, a million times and that one time...changed my life forever. I believe Dr. Ginty as the best orthopedic surgeon in the field. He bridged the path for myself returning to a normal life albeit with slight changes in mechanical things during sport activities. One thing I am greatful for is that I am able to walk on my two legs, the only difference is that one is more cooler than the other now with the screws and surgical scar. Thank you Dr. Ginty for being a great and encouraging person for every patient and myself, I appreciate you helping me make the best of this injury. Thank you very much for all you have done and achieved, surgeons are truly an instrument of life.

I had Dr.Ginty do my TLAHR this March 8, 2021. He gave me my life back after suffering 11 years of hip dysplasia and one failed labral repair (done by another surgeon). He is a gentleman and caring and never wants anyone to compare themselves to others, as each person's journey is going to be radically different from another person's. I highly recommend him as he did the Anterior approach and that is a highly skill set to learn and he did it perfectly. When my right side goes I will be back .

Quiet and unassuming but very friendly, professional and capable. My wife had anterior hip replacement with Dr.Ginty at Oakville hospital. She chose the day surgery option and all went well. Pre-op, surgery and post-op visits were on schedule. He's one of those people that is confident yet never arrogant or pushy. You know you're in capable hands with him. Excellent office staff, overall an excellent experience. Thanks also to surgical and diagnostic staff at Oakville hospital and the excellent team at the fracture clinic. Thank you Dr Gintys for giving my wife her life back!
