I've been seeing Hannah and Dr. Katrina for acupuncture and chiropractic care for around two months now. They've been so compassionate and actually take the time to explain why they're doing what they do with treatments. I love that they asked in depth questions before treatments started (and as time went on) so they could really get to the root of the problem instead of using a bandaid fix. I actually look forward to treatments since I feel better afterward and Hannah and Dr. Katrina are great to talk to! I'm finally not in pain anymore, my stress levels are reduced, and I feel like I'm better equipped to be mindful of my body and posture to maintain a healthier body. Definitely check out Oaktree!

I've been going now since April 2019 to get chiro treatment and I'm thoroughly impressed with Dr. Katrina and her front desk staff (Julianna and Alina). They are all so friendly and genuine while also being very knowledgeable about chiropractic medicine. I think it's great how they take the time to explain the reasoning behind certain treatments and assigned exercises since I'm someone who likes to know the "why" behind things. On another note, I also appreciate how clean the office is and the thoughtful touches added in, such as purified water and tea in the waiting area. It's also very appreciated that they do fun things like Oaktree bingo, weekly walking groups, and a Client Appreciation Event to get their clients engaged more. I can assure you that if you choose to go here for chiropractic treatment, you're making a great choice!

They make you feel welcome from day one, learning your name, making sure to say hello and goodbye each and every visit, and helping you with any scheduling or scheduling changes that you need. Dr. Katrina is very knowledgeable and answers any questions you need along the way as well, so from start to finish on each visit you feel extremely comfortable. I truly enjoy my chiropractic sessions here.

She helped me tremendously with all the pains and aches that come with pregnancy and more. It was always a very pleasant experience seeing the staff and winnie (Dr Katrina's puppy). I even tried Acupuncture with Veronique for the first time to help me induce when I wass pass my due date. I didn't go into labour (for other medical reasons) but it helped me relax and calm my mind. Overall, going to Oaktree made my last trimester so much easier, less stressful and actually enjoyable.
