★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken Mental Health First Aid, Suicide Intervention and Compassionate Crisis Response courses. Our instructor, Cara, is absolutely amazing. The courses offer so many resources and extremely helpful knowledge and tools. I have personally put these instructions into practice during real life situations and I'm not sure I would have been able to handle these situations or help people who are struggling without the information from these classes. I believe this helps make our communities better places and can save many lives.
