I purchased a pair of Oakley glasses which have a faulty hinge, have been waiting almost 2 months for a replacement! I've had to contact them twice to inform them I've been waiting which both times they claimed to order in the replacements. Both replacements glasses were the wrong size and I'm pretty sure were actually the same set of glasses only ordered once.......... brutal. Best part about this is I dealt with the owner the first time for service and he's never called me once to let me know my glasses were in..........top notch service. When and if I receive my replacements I won't head back and will make sure everyone I know hears about there service.
Only good part of the company was the person I originally dealt with was professional and extremely helpful......to bad she left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have both had great experiences at Oakley. We purchased new glasses - they were very helpful. They had lots of selection and lots of patience as we looked at almost everything in the store. When we had a problem with the lenses they were quickly replaced without any hassle. The staff is really friendly and we love the dog mascot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good day, I have had two sets of glasses/prescriptions over the last five years. Both sets are good quality, the fit is excellent (with some minor adjustments by the staff) and the service was great. Of particular note, I called from Calgary (I recently moved as I retired from the military) and the young lady at Oakley was kind enough to answer my follow on questions about my prescription. The customer service (on 20 Sep 19) was greatly appreciated.
