★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sky was super helpful in getting our RV it's Out of Province inspection and doing all the necessary work to get it on the road. We we were working with a tight timeline as we wanted to take it out for the long weekend and Sky made sure it was complete on time. Service was great and work was affordable, we will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seem like nice guys with decently priced services, BUT... They still fail OOP inspection for not having DOT headlights. Sent them updated Transport Canada Regulations which clearly state that DOT markings are no longer required on FACTORY headlights, unfortunately never heard back from them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my car in for an out of province inspection. They found I needed a new tie rod end for about $170, which came with mandatory $130 alignment so $300. Also license plate bulb for $33 which I replaced myself for $6. When I picked up the vehicle the next day, I was informed they do the alignment through another company, Euroworks, and it took them an extra hour of labor to do the alignment because of rust on the tie rod, so the tie rod + alignment came to $450 instead of $300.
I have 3 problems with this:
1) My car has been rustproofed every year and isn't that rusty.
2) Why didn't NXT LVL spray some lubricant at the time of fixing the tie rod if they noticed it was seized/rusty, in order for the alignment job the next day to be easier?
3) Why was I not informed that this was going to be a $300 alignment.. I would have definitely taken my vehicle elsewhere rather than pay for the most expensive alignment of all time.
My car still drives exactly the same as before, but at least I can pass my inspection and move on.

The technician Justin knew exactly what he was doing and was also a pleasure to talk to. Ben the owner was supportive of both. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a mechanic shop in forever.
