★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, helped me find everything I was looking for when it came to older movies. However there new releases and such are way over priced. Went to purchase a newer released movie but quickly walked away when I noticed it was $45 and everywhere else was $20... (didn't want the movie that bad)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely happy when they opened, replacing the defunct HMV.
Personally, I am not a huge fan of all things digital. I work within the IT industry but want the DVD/Bluray, CD, or book on my shelf.
I could spend hours in this store and not get bored. Amazing selection and great prices.
And the staff i have encountered are always happy to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection here is good but I get the distinct feeling that the staff hate their lives and definitely the lives of all of the customers. If you make eye contact, say hi or (heaven forbid) want to buy something they look at you with quite a bit of distain.
