★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't gone here yet but I know for a fact that due to the pandemic, other medical staff (like for other roles) have been asked to support with Covid swabbing, so are having to be asked to become frontline healthcare service-people to serve our community. It's a stressful time for everyone, so let's give each other a break. Give yourself a break too and stay home as much as you can, stay safe, keep the kids safe and educated, and be kind. I hope the normal services resume, and thank you for the hard life saving work the women and men provide for our communities. We pray for you, don't lose hope. That's all I want to say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great clinic. The receptionist's are always friendly weather you're on the phone with them or in person. I had a great experience bringing my daughter in for her first vaccinations, our nurse was so kind and gave out so much useful information regarding resources!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. The receptionists are super friendly and will do everything they can to book an appointment that works for you. The nurse who vaccinated my daughter was incredibly knowledgeable. Plus, she was so gentle my daughter didn't even cry when she got her shots .

I had great assistance over the phone with clear instructions to obtain my daughter's immunization records and was told it could take a while to have it reviewed and have an appointment available. However, they contacted me earlier than expected and got me an appointment for sooner than I thought I would get. On the day of our appointment, nurse Katharine was amazing! Extremely professional, informative, polite and helpful. Great experience overall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most receptionists are very rude unfortunately. Some nurses are nice, but if you catch them in a bad day, they're impatient and your child will have a painful immunization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careful which admin person you get answering the calls. Some will bully you to speed through traffic, because they threaten to cancel your appointment for being a few minutes late. For a clinic that generally runs behind, it's a cruel twist to be derogatory to patients doing their best who are trying get there. Some truly callous personalities on the phones here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shockingly bad bedside manner for a paediatric clinic. Receptionist is incredibly rude and aggressive and staff have little to no patience when administering shots. Feels like the CBSA instead of AHS! A little bit more warmth and compassion would go a long way...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Nurses who gave the injections to my kids (Fran and Janice) were very friendly and patient. The receptionist (old lady) was super rude and aggressive, she shouted at us to keep distance not knowing that I have two kids with two appointments to immunize. My mom was carrying the other baby and we entered together.
The call center gave the first appointment to the older child by mistake which made the receptionist insist to let my older daughter to get in first however the younger baby won’t wait and needed to be breast fed if he waited and I arranged for him to get immunization first.
I gave her the consent for my mother to enter with my daughter and I would wait with the baby but she refused and told me I have to enter with her to the nurse. Very impolite treatment.
