★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had this guy come and install a new Fan July 27 - 2019 in my Regency Fireplace in camborne Ontario. He charge me $389.00 To Repace the fan + $112.00 for the service call. 5 Months later the cheap fan stopped working and we continuously called them for months with no reply ...finally after 3 months , they sent someone out , who looked at the Fan and said" yep it doesn't work" , and they left leaving wires hanging out of the Fireplace. I continued to call all Winter of 2020-2021 and after 6 months , I was finally told the fan only had a 3 Month warranty. I have all my receipts and I called the place where he bought the fan also in Marcham and they told me the fans did not just have a 3 month warranty, that is up to the Business that sold it to me. I am a senior and we spent the entire winter with no fan on our Fireplace....and this guy could care less. Be aware of this con artist.....Call Home Comfort for all your Heating and air Conditiong needs ....stay away from this thief.
