He was very professional upon arriving at the house, wore his mask and gloves the whole time here, and within minutes of looking at the fireplace, diagnosed the probleM. He explained the problem, and what part was needed to fix it. He had the part that was needed in his stock.After installing the part, he cleaned the fireplace, cleaned the windows, all while keeping the work area protected and clean. We will definitely recommend your company to others, and will continue to call upon you if service is ever needed again
M	Monique Milne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I would give a minus rating for this company I would. I hired them to service and clean 2 gas fireplaces. This was on a Friday. The serviceman left and I noticed he left the fireplace on downstairs. I hit the switch to turn it off and it wouldn’t turn off. I called them and left SEVERAL messages and never did I get a call back, not even on Monday. My house could have burned down for all they cared. I managed to turn it off by googling it and figuring it out myself. I realize people make mistakes but when a company doesn’t call you back that’s about as poor of service you can get. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I have only had the pleasure of dealing with Braxton in person. He is a friendly, competent and respectful young man!! I will use this company again for any problems and/or cleaning of our fireplace!

It was not inexpensive as the gas valve needed replacement, but the new part was at hand and the repair was performed on the first visit. The two service technicians who attended were professional, very personable and efficient. They protected cleanliness of the house and wore facemask all the time. The fireplace was also cleaned and looks brand new. Great service!
