★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was easy to book an appointment and fill out forms online. The staff were all friendly, and the office was immaculately clean. Most of all, Dr. Echharam was great! She explained all the steps of the exam and discussed findings. She also took the time to answer my questions about skincare products used around the eye area. I felt very at ease and confident in her care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Echharam is an experienced and knowledgeable optometrist who is also super kind and patient. In addition to my vision issues she has also treated my dry-eye problems with great success. She has many recommendations and ointments to try in order to relieve the dryness and improve my oil glands etc in my eye lid and I'm happy to say my eyes are so much better now. Front medical staff are very efficient and pleasant. Parking is available in the building or across the street. I highly recommend this eye clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Echharam was not only knowledgeable and thorough, she was also extremely kind and caring. Having not had my eyes examined in 10 years due to anxiety, she was patient, understanding, and took her time to explain the whole process, as well as helping me through a mild anxiety attack mid exam! She’s an absolute angel and I’m so glad to have been referred to her by my boss.
All the staff there were very welcoming and lovely, and the atmosphere was very calming as well. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Dr.Echharam with a history of severe dry eye problems. One so severe I had to go to the ER because it was so unbearable. After going to multiple doctors and clinics around the city, I finally found the place that would care and love for my poor dry eyes!
In my case I had developed a very bad case of contact dermatitis around my upper eyelids, which many doctors just shrugged away with the classic steroid cream solution. It would go away and return within a blink of any eye - just a classic bandaid solution. I felt helpless and was in so much pain. Dr.Echharam was the only doctor that decided to find the root problem to the dermatitis around my eyelids. She really took the time to listen, meticulously find a solution and make sure to find the root problem and not just a temporary fix. I honestly thought I would have to live with this problem forever! Thankfully to her care and desire to help me, she is the reason my eyes are back to normal! Best eye care ever.
At her clinic I had the combo of an IPL and RF treatment, which was catered to my needs for the best treatment plan. Results were gradually noticeable and most importantly, the results are longterm.
I would highly recommend Dr.Echharam, she is a gem!
