Even the answering machine says they are Interior Health,google says they are a walk in clinic, false advertising, private doctor's office not available to the public. You offer no Primary Care whatsoever and need to remove it out of your business name you are using a Interior Health designation for your care centre, blatantly false advertising. Don't go here, because you'll never get in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably rude and racist receptionist. I work in healthcare as well and call so many medical clinics but the receptionist here was the worst. It's sad this kind of person works in healthcare taking care of patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. For years have had them as my only choice for health care service providers. Problems with simple prescriptions not being sent or filled, referrals not followed up, NP's not having the tests for which the appointment was made, promised call backs not happening .... and if you question such issues, zero validation and blame deflection so it won't change.
