★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could provide a zero star rating, I would. Extremely disorganized, I spoke to 2 different people in the beginning , and both were new, and didn't know the right questions to ask. I then received numerous pages that all needed to be initialed and filled out, none of which had anything to do with the type of workers I was requesting - I was looking for an office move, and the paperwork all had to do with more industrial type work. I received a quote, which I did agree to. Then, less than 24hrs before the workers are set to be on site, I get an email advising that People Ready will be charging an extra 5% on top of the quoted amount, because there is a holiday within 30 days of my appointment date. (28 days, once I looked into it). I tried calling a few times, and then emailed back saying I was not okay with the added amount. I received an email back saying they are busy, but will return my call. Still no phone call back, no acknowledgement of my email response saying I was unhappy, and nothing done to try and right the situation.
