Top notch AAA service! Absolute triple A! Don't understand why it has a name of "Triple D". We moved from SK. Our car only had one week insurance left. First we went to another auto service shop to do inspection and repair, was told a fat bill to replace our right head light set with a 2day order and an exhaust pipe issue to be replaced or fixed, although all the lights are still working, only a little detached from its housing. We did not believe we deserve such a welcomeToBC bill, searched through Kelowna, found this weirdly named auto clinic. As we read its google reviews, we found all reviewers rated 5 star except one rated 2 star four years ago before the ownership change. We called in, explained to the customer service our time sensitive situation, then was arranged on the same day to bring in our car. Though it was a busy day at the auto clinic, the boss talked with the mechanic, made some time after his onhand job for us. While waiting, the boss was so considerate to drive our family to and pick us up from orchard mall to kill some time. When we were back, the mechanic had started working on our car. In case it couldn't be finished that day, the boss made special appointment for us the first thing in the next morning. The boss soon had to leave early to deliver another customer vehicle. Shortly, the mechanic told us our car was all fixed up. No single part needed to be replaced. I didn't know how he fixed the exhaust pipe, only knew no noise anymore; when I checked the right head light set, I was amazed by the creative and crafty job he had done to fixate the detached parts. Customer service checked us out with a very reasonable price; he and the mechanic also taught us to go back to our previous inspector to "request a verification of fix" and to get our inspection report at a minimal cost, instead of being inspected again by Triple D at another bill of inspection fee. We followed their advice, went to the previous auto service shop, "requested a verification of fix"; to our surprise, the previous shop did have to give us the inspection report without extra charge. All in all, excellent customer service! great owner! knowledgeable mechanic! honest business!

I have been going here for several years and they have always gone above and beyond, so grateful there are trustworthy and dependable people still out there, can't recommend them enough!

Solid, honest job every time. Things have improved from previous ownership when there were a maze of buses parked out front waiting to be worked on. Rick at the front desk gives you the straight goods, and Walter is an amazing mechanic. And in case I was ever in doubt, they got me new winter tires of same make as Costco sells, and for less! They are worth your business.

UPDATE. Based on Frank's response to my review, I've changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars. Please continue to read to understand how this change happened. Many thanks to Frank (the owner) for his professional and understanding service. Even though my vehicle wasn't the nicest of patients and meant an extra two hours of work time, he still only charged based on the computer's estimate. I'm only giving 4*s because the mechanic didn't seem too knowledgeable, timely, or efficient in doing his job.

I had my tires changed for the snow season; excellent service and fair prices. Frank and his team are very professional, and the service is always beyond my expectations. The last time my battery died, they jump-started my car in a remote location in less than 15 minutes.

These guys were great! Thanks Pedro and Dylan for getting my car fixed up good. Appreciate you getting it done for me in one day. Also appreciate you getting the other seal fixed while you had it apart. You guys are great. I will not hesitate to recommend you.

As someone not very familiar with cars, it is definitely a fear that I will be taken advantage of. Triple D Auto abated those fears. They explained what was wrong in clear terms and made sure that I understood what repairs were being made and why. They were affordable, a good deal and overall a very positive experience. Thank you for making my little Jetta continue to run. Can you give 6 stars on here?
