I brought my car in for an oil change but they found there was another issue and had to leave my vehicle that I desperately needed the next day. Dale in service stayed late and came in early to work on my car and I had it back by 0830 hrs the next day! The service department is amazing, the shuttle driver was fantastic and if I lived in North Bay I would be a loyal customer forever because you just don't get service like this at other places!

Throughout the process, my sales associate Brent kept me well informed about the status of my order. This is the second vehicle I've purchased at North Bay Toyota, and I have no complaints.

PLUS we found the block heater cable so we are now able to connect to hydro. It was a great experience and we THANK N. B. Toyota for there excellent service.
