I had such a good experience here with Keith. He was helpful and not pushy. There was an issue with the key fob after I took the car home and I couldn't figure out the problem. Keith answered his phone at like 8pm to help me out. They took it into the mechanic the next day and got it all fixed and Keith actually got me a gas card (out of pocket) for my trouble. I was really impressed with the service I got!

Horrible place I advise you to avoid. And very dishonest people! They take several deposits for the same car from different buyers. Then they sell it to the one making the best offer. Finally, I made the best offer, just to discover later that the cost of the repairs needed was higher than the purchase price.

Great place to buy guys. I am a part time mechanic and normally buy higher end cars as per customers needs. I haggled with them over a price, they happily did with me without showing rudeness and bad attitude. They guys are super nice and accommodating. Unlike others, who just know how to make bad faces after haggling. I always advice to get a independent third party checkup for used cars. I highly recommend this great business to buy used cars. These guys deserve your business for their nice straight forward business method of doing business.

I bought a car from this place and by the time I got home the check engine light started flashing. I was 18 at the time and Unfortunately I went by my self to buy a vehicle. I was sweet talked by the sales guy into thinking the car had no problems. 6 months later the car was covered in rust and about 2 years later the engine completely failed. This happened to me in 2011 so things may have changed since then but because of that I would never recommend this dealership to anybody

Great experience with Keith. He responded with courtesy and professionalism even when I was unjustifiably aggressive when I mentioned that if they were hiding something that they would hear from a lawyer. I pick up my vehicle tomorrow and am happy to recommend Double L Motors. It takes a lot of composure to be able to deal with a client who has been fired up by family members concerning whether a deal should have been made or not, especially when ambushed by it like I did. As per someone else: Do not buy 2010 Chrysler 300 before you read this warning! I’ve had my worst experience ever at this dealership, and I don’t want you to experience the same. That’s why I am taking the time to share the following information with you. I went to this dealership because I was planning to buy my first car from them – a Chrysler 300 (the old model, which I have dreamed to have since I was as a child). The guy at the front desk (a guy who goes by “Jay”) told me at the beginning that the car was in great condition. Luckily, I was with my mom, who has very long driving experience and during the test-drive she noticed some weird noises coming from the front. When we came back and asked about it, the guy pulled out a paper with several things that had to be fixed on this car including but not limited to: front left and right lower control arms, front and rear brake pad sets and rotors. At this time we decided to take the car to an independent mechanic to see if there was not something else that they were trying to hide. It turned out that the cost of the repairs that were needed to fix all the issues with the car approached the price they were asking for it. I have paid for this mechanical inspection, and I do not want to feel as if I have waisted my money for it. Therefore, I am posting the results here as photo attachments. Please note that the last issue (the noise coming from the lifters) is not quoted in the total price, but it could range anywhere from 2,500 to 4,000 according to the guys in the service shop and that is on the top of the other 3,427.23. Please think twice before you buy this or any other vehicle from this “dealership”. Note: Please note that if you want to complain to the manager, it won’t help. It is a family business owned by two Lebanese people (a father and a son) and they are aware of the shady business the front guy is doing. As a final note, there is one normal person in this place and his name is Keith. If you happen to meet him, you might assume this is a good dealership.

We recently bought a car from Double L and had a very pleasant experience dealing with Keith. Very helpful, showed us the CarFax and mechanical inspection report right away, answered all our questions. No high pressure sales technique, very relaxed. Recommended.
