Lou’s team wasn’t afraid to jump in and correct other peoples problems. They do it quick and actually care. Relieved a lot of stress by finding someone that wants to do the job right

I quickly made a phone call and it was suggested to have the Jeep taken to CSN Lous. I contacted Steven ad advised him of the situation. He was quick to have the Jeep brought in and assessed. As it turns out, the rad needed to be replaced. He ordered a rad In and the next day, he made time to get her jeep in and get it repaired. Steven and his team.were quick and professional, and there are no words I can express for how pleased I was with this timely and professional repair. He pulled out all the stops and got this young woman back on the road. I can not repay Lous for their excellent service, so I will pay it forward. Thank you CSN Lous for the excellent service.

They made our experience in dealing with our insurance company easy right from the second we walked through their door. They organized rentals for us to use while our vehicles were being repaired and dealt with all the paperwork that our insurance company required. My company will also be using CSN Lou's for maintenance on all our company vehicles.

Lou's staff are professional and courteous, and Steve the owner is knowledgeable and listens to his customers concerns and questions. I had hail damage to my 2016 F150 and I took it to Lou's for work. The receptionist is super friendly and they also have complimentary hand sanitizer when you first walk into the office. After a few weeks my truck was fixed and it looks better then before the hail damage. Steve knows his vehicles and this is a shop that does things right and doesn't try to cut corners like other shops. The vehicle is detailed before they give it back to you which is great service. Lou's will deal with the insurance company for you if there are unexpected finds or adjustments. I am thoroughly impressed and wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Super clean office/reception (which struck me as really unusual for a mechanic). Free fancy coffee machine. They were super fast, flexible and really polite. Very impressed.

Customer service and experience are their focus from the front office staff to Jerry who is friendly professional and knows his business. I was fortunate to stop by to get an estimate on my front bumper after it received some minor damage along with the plastic gravel deflector on the undercarriage. Other shops had insisted I needed to replace the entire bumper and quoted me anywhere from $1,400 - $1,600. After a friendly chat with Jerry (assistant manager) he brought the car into the shop and onto the hoist to take a look. A short time later he came back out and I said 'so how bad is it'? He just smiled and pointed to the bumper which looked as good as new. He didn't even charge me for this. When I offered to remunerate him for his troubles he just smiled and politely declined any payment. It is nice to see a professional establishment who does excellent work and are friendly and honest in their craft. I will certainly be taking my car back for detailing - and if I need any additional body work in the future I will no doubt return. Thanks again Jerry and CSN Lou's - you are a class act!
