My Samsung Galaxy A21 screen was cracked. Computer Doctors replaced the screen and it now works again. Thanks guys.

I apologize if I don't spell the Tech's name correctly... Si... absolutely AMAZING customer service with fixing my phone. GIVE that man a raise, dang nab it. Actually, I have had great experience with the other Tech who fixes/replaces our merchant units at our store. (He needs a raise, too)

Our Dell computer's microphone was not working. Taeryn from North Bay Computer Doctors came to our home. He was personable, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced the necessary part and we are "back in business"! Thank you Taeryn.

I had my screen break over a year ago on a two week old laptop. I spent hours looking for the replacement screen which seemed to be not made any longer. It took Computer Doctors multiple deliveries to finally get the right screen but they kept me updated every single step of the way, followed through in every promise, timeline and even gave me a discount for the length of time it took without me saying a word. It still only took about 2 weeks for the repair and I have not had a single issue since, they even reach out 3,6,12 months after the repair to ensure everything is still working properly. Incredibly professional and over and above for customer service. I will be using them again 100%.

I cannot even give this company 1 star. First, they are not a certified Apple dealer/service as they lead you to believe from their advertising. Best way to find out is to reach to Apple support, they have a list of Apple certified service in our area and NBCD are not on that list. Second, other than my "home button" my phone was in perfect working condition, prior to me bringing it in there (I have a video of that as well). When I picked up the phone for the "home button repair" I noticed the screen was different, it had two holes on the front of the screen that were not there prior to me bringing it in for repair. When I questioned them, the front desk clerk went to speak to the tech and he came out saying the wires connected from the home button to the screen were severed and he therefore had to change the screen. He then said "but there's no charge to you for this". I found this really odd that my new "home button and now imperfect screen" only would cost me $28 but more upset that nobody called me prior to changing the screen that there was an issue. This leads me to believe the damage occurred while removing the screen. Once home, the home button stopped working and now the phone cannot hear or speak to caller on a call. That feature always worked. I was on Apple support chat and they informed me that it was likely damaged while removing the screen. Granted when I reached out to the owner he offered to look at the phone himself. I refuse to return to this business due to the fact they mislead their customers from the get go, that they are certified to repair Apple products when they are not. I have booked with a Certified Apple service provider to now deal with the issue of no speaker/while on a call and another home button as that somewhat worked for only an hour after I brought it to NBCD. Very dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and honesty of this company! FYI, after the certified Apple provider checked the diagnostics, he said a "third party" part was installed which damaged the display/speaker and home button. I will never return nor recommend this company!

I took my laptop to this shop because the power source needed to be replaced, i already had the diagnosis. When I got it back i was told it had been tested and worked. When i got it home it did not work. I took it back and after they had it an additional couple of weeks i was told the motherboard was gone. Having taken it in knowing the diagnosis I was really taken aback. I took it elsewhere and it was sent out and they found that the motherboard connection had been damaged during the first repair attempt. There were screws missing and the motherboard connector was held down with tape placed by NB Computer Doctors. Contacted Sheldon to try and rectify the issue in terms of damages but was they could do nothing for me. I am out $300 due to my decision to try out Computer Doctors for repair.

Called for a debit machine as they hold a contact for a particular merchant provider. Previously, while on the phone with said merchant provider I was told that I would have service the next day. 4 days later they finally showed up. The staff of 2 weeks was training their new staff of 2 days. I'm concerned. The debit machine swap took well over 2 hours. Almost forgot to close the batch on the affected debit machine. What a mess, now that said this wasn't entirely the new staffs fault, the merchant provider also didn't seem to supply them with all the tools that they needed. The primary reason for the low rating was the person who answered the phone at this establishment has no problem telling businesses of this merchant provider that they will be down over the weekends or for many days. Seems some internal review and SLA expectations need to be enforced. No wonder many other reviews here state what they do. The take away, there are better places to go to if you have the choice. Else if you're like me, your business may be forced to not be able to use payment processing for 4 days. Unacceptable
