I'll start off by mentioning this Noodle Box location just opened yesterday, March 10/2022. That being said the staff are all new and undergoing training. You can expect a long wait, and there are signs on the doors stating such.
I was told I would be waiting 45-50 minutes, but I received my food within about 20 minutes.
I order the Pad Thai Box with chicken. Medium-Hot. I also tried the spring roll. The spring roll was fresh out of the fryer and so crispy. The Pad Thai was comparable to a higher end restaurant. The portions are pretty big and might leave you with leftovers.
I was really impressed with the customer service and how well the employees were handling the influx of customers.
It looks like other Noodle Box locations have Door Dash delivery, but this one does not yet. I suspect that will change once they have their staff trained up and can maximize efficiency.
I'd recommend ordering, then shopping in the mall while you wait. I'll definitely stop here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So tasty!! This was the first time we have been since this place opened. It was clean and inviting. Staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations as both me and my daughter were unfamiliar with the menu. We ended up deciding on the Spicy Peanut noodle box, the mild version lol. This was a flavourful dish, I asked for another bowl and split it, the portion is very generous and I hope they keep it that way as two people can easily split one. Definitely will be going back to try they're other menu dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family ordered from here the other day and it was amazing!! The staff are super friendly and seeing the food being made is the coolest! The ginger beef was soo yummy! There was a wait but they just opened and are super busy, so i completely understand!! Thank you ☺️☺️☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9 of us ordered a variety of meals from there. They where delicious. I found my Butter Chicken was great. Nice they have a choice of quite a few spice levels, toppings and proteins. Considering they have only been open a few days and still training. Didn’t mind the wait. Or order on the app and pick up to go. Highly Recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a late lunch there. Love the ability to customize and the varied menu. The wait for our food was 50 minutes, which is way more than I would expect for take out and was frustrating. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Once I got the food it was delicious. I would love to make this a regular place, but will wait until comes out quicker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was not bad, the staff was very polite. Idk why people complain about the wait time, you can see they are almost always busy with many people in line, wait time is a given. I’d suggest order ahead through the app. Overall, good service and decent food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason this isn’t a five is because of how long it took but they were short staffed and had a sign on the door indicating a wait time of 30 minutes (it was definitely longer than that but we weren’t in a hurry).
I had the teriyaki chicken box with medium/hot spice and it was delicious. Also ordered kids chow mein for the kiddos and they enjoyed it.
Although they were super busy, food was fresh and tasty and the service was fantastic.
Can’t wait to try other boxes.
