We would like to thank Noll Climate Care. Especially Chris Kochut for meeting with us and meeting our needs for a new furnace, Ac,and hot water tank. Also the installation technician for an awesome job, other than having new equipment we would never know they were at our house. Patti and I are very happy to be Noll Climate Care customers again should never have left to get " The Reliance Experience ".Thank you once again Gary and Patricia Gregoire

We had a brand new propane furnace installed by Noll Climate Care last year. Installation and service at this time was good, so we used this company for our annual furnace service this year at the end of September. Noll came to our house for a furnace cleaning and informed us that the brand new furnace was posing a carbon monoxide risk as the heat exchanger had deteriorated. They shut down the furnace and stated they would secure the new heat exchanger as soon as possible and call us to arrange its installation once they received the part. They also contacted our propane supplier to notify them that our furnace is non-functional and they were not to deliver propane. They called us after just a week to arrange this and stated that this would be done at no cost to us as it was covered under warranty. Where their services went completely downhill was when they came to install the new heat exchanger and presented us with a bill for $994 after a mere 2.5 hours of work. This was a complete surprise to us as we were led to believe that there would not be a cost for the part or its installation. We questioned this bill with the service technician who stated that there was nothing he could do about it; this was the cost for the labour as only the part itself was covered. We decided that the service technician was not who we needed to dispute this cost with and therefore we called Noll Climate Care directly who stated that this cost was a β€œflat rate” and there was nothing they could do about it. They could not give an explanation of why 2.5 hours of work would cost almost $1000 and did nothing to help us with the cost. In addition, they did not do a thorough cleanup of the work they had done, which we would expect when paying such a high price for a service. Also, they informed us they would contact our propane service to notify them that the furnace was fixed and they could now deliver propane, they failed to do this leading to a call from the propane company two weeks later asking if the furnace was fixed. Needless to say, we will no longer be using this company for any future service or installation needs; which is unfortunate for them as we still need on demand hot water and a propane fireplace insert installed. ***Noll Climate Care got in touch with me after this review and stated that they would refund us our money as our labour warranty had only been expired for one week. We did appreciate that they rectified the situation.

Our home AC system failed after only 5-6 years of use and was not registered for extended warranty. Noll was able to provide a reasonable solution and looked after us with friendly professional staff. Very satisfied and enjoying a comfortable home during the current heat wave.

There was very good before. I called them to do service at my place. First it's took long time to respond back to me. Just to let me know "yes or not" (don't see a reason why not ?!) After week girl call me left the message that they "CAN" do service at my house, call back to arrange appointment, she ask for address ( already was told before) and she told me they can't do because it's out of service area. When I ask what service area they work it was 15 minutes away from my place! Even I offer pay extra , she responded to me NO. Feel bad the company was great before and good service, guess everything it's changed.

Called Noll CC to service my Rinnai wall furnace and specifically asked for a technician that "knows Rinnai". I was assured of this experience. 2 guys showed up and while they were polite and courteous, it was abundantly clear that they had little/no experience with Rinnai Wall furnaces. The were reading my owners manual to try and understand how it worked or how it came apart, they wanted to pull the entire heat exchanger, combustion fan and internals instead of the simple task of removing a single pilot jet or a set of burners (5 screws and a few minutes). When I saw the lack of experience at play I politely asked that they close up my furnace, pack up their tools and leave (they politely did so). Another SERVICES Company sent someone who knew my product and fixed my problem in 15 minutes from arrival to departure. I wont be using Noll Climate Care ever again.

Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience, in multiple categories. 1. Were very arrogant and rude when requesting help. Our heat broke and they refused to help us unless our landlord talked to them, so we did just that. 2. When at our home, we had asked if the truck could park on the road as a tenant would be leaving soon for work, the driver of the truck refused and parked in the drive way anyway. 3. We ended up needing a new furnace. When installed, the very rude young men informed a *tenant* that our hot water tank did not meet protocol , as it was too close to the wall. (Instead of informing the landlord, yet their office was so adamant about pursuing infornmation to the landlord before hand? ) 4. They eventually, very quickly, packed up and left without notice. Leaving one of their heaters behind- today we got an angry phone call claiming we stole one of their heaters. Perhaps your employees should do a better job and gathering their supplies and before bolting a scene. Especially after doing something as sketchy as this next part: 5. When telling us about our hot water tank issue, they failed to read the paper that said, "you have 42 days to attend to this issue before we shut your hot water off". So these young gentlen took it upon themselves to BEND our hot water tank pipe out of place, capping it off, then turning off the pilot light, thus leaving us without hot water on the exact day. NOT 42 days later, no. The same day. It has been a few weeks now, there are children in this house hold, and we all have jobs to attend where hygeiene is crucial. Today an inspector with North Bay City Hydro came in to see the problem and SHOOK HIS HEAD when he discovered the mockery this company put us through. And also explained that the new furnace we have installed has a broken humidifier because the installers clearly didn't know that the water they shut off... was needed to run the entire UNIT correctly. If I could review this business at a negative, I would.

The purchase and installation of a gas fireplace took almost three months beyond their estimated time. Calls to the company are rarely returned. I needed to continually call for updates, which continue even a month after the fireplace installation. I am still waiting for parts that were supposed to be ordered almost six months ago. I have to admit that their installation technicians were extremely professional and curtious.

We sourced a stove for our smallish living room from a wide selection at the Noll showroom. We had good advice and guidance on our ultimate selection and also elected to have Noll perform the installation. Noll provided good communication as to delivery and installation time frames. On the installation day the 2 installers performed quality workmanship and were pleasant to deal.
