★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, the technician came two hours late than the appointment time and he lterally shouted on me as I was 5 minuntes driving to home. He was not able to fix the furnace same day as he did not have parts on hand and not willing to get the parts same day. Next days was weekend and this cheat charged me weekend rates for fixing it next day, otherwise I had to wait till Monday in this chill cold which he did not care. He was able to fix the furnace after 24 hours next day and charging me weekend rates as technician was being lazy to bring parts first day. And also the thermostat he replaced was the cheapest qaulity no promgraming options, no Celsius only Farenheit, he put cheapest ever thermostat in the market. stay away.

It was not getting cooled properly. On the same day of placing the call, the technicians visited my home and checked the unit carefully. They diagnosed the problem within no time and cleaned the filters which were clogged with dirt. I was quite pleased with their friendly and polite approach, and the way they explained the issue to me. Above all, they charged only a reasonable price for the service. Altogether, I am very much satisfied with their services and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

As part of maintenance, they clean the filters, coils, and fins thoroughly and check for any clogged areas within the unit. I had my AC unit serviced by them as part of the annual maintenance.
