I had great interaction with several team members both personally, and on the telephone. They even helped me fill out the bill of lading over the phone. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, July 9 , one of your driver used my property near the 15 rue Principale, Kipawa Qc J0Z 2H0 around 6 PM to make a U turn and on the process damage my entrance which is not made for big van like yours and left in a hurry , probably damaging the rear end of his float jumping on big rocks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: they did apologize and the lady on the phone was extremely polite and as helpful as she was able to be......i have changed my review......They have a parcel of mine, got a call yesterday saying it would be delivered today.....waited allllll day for it as it's a huge crate and will take a long time to unpack and bring in the house piece by piece.....I call today at 2:30 to ask if it's still coming today and they tell me no as they have a driver shortage and no tail gate lift available.......a simple phone call this morning to let me know that would have been nice! Had the last week off work as it was supposed to be delivered a week ago....now it's being delivered tomorrow when I'm working and my husband will have to unpackaged it and bring it in all on his own ....not happy!!! A simple phone call so we weren't waiting all day would have been great!
