About Noble Pie

Noble Pie was born out of practice, patience, and obsessive experimentation. Inspired by travels to many of the great pizzerias of North America, self-taught pizza maker & owner Mike Lange devotes methodical care and attention towards every element of your pie. Our dough recipe is dynamic; a constant work in progress. We are dedicated to the pursuit of new knowledge, processes, and ingredients in an effort to perfect our fermentation and baking techniques.

Transitioning from a pizza pop-up to a brick-and-mortar location in 2021, our focus remains the same: simple pies, meticulously made.

N	Nathan Court on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time going, definitely lived up to the hype! Had the 1/2 cheeseus 1/2 roni, started with the honey almonds, nice touch! Be sure to get the hot honey drizzle for the pizza. Absolutely perfect pizza for 4 to share!
H	Hannah Chu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place gets BUSY! Be sure to get there around 4/5 to avoid the line! We grabbed a 1/2 Sweet Cheesus and 1/2 Saucy Mama! The Sweet Cheesus is any cheese lovers dream. Loaded with five types of cheese, oregano and Mike’s Honey! A good mix of sweet and savoury. The Saucy Mama was my personal fav. Topped with fennel sausage, peppers, garlic and lots of cheese! I lovedddd the fennel sausage with the peppers!! The dough is made perfectly but I find that it’s only good right when it comes out. As it got colder, it was less enjoyable but still really good overall. The crust is not the best for leftovers. The crust was rock solid when I took it for lunch the next day. The rest of the pizza was good as new after a bit in the microwave!

The care and dedication that goes into crafting something so delicious, is truly an experience that you must try firsthand. Words won’t do it justice. Probably the best pizza I’ve had in my life and the first bite always takes me right back to Manhattan. The ONLY true NY style pie in Calgary and easily the tastiest you’ll likely ever have. Mike is a master and all his success is testament to that. Try a noble pie, I guarantee you’ll have your mind blown
B	Ben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best pie. I have been wanting to try noble pie for well over a year. I'm so glad I tried it. First impressions of the inside are quite surprising. Very nice looking dine in experience. Ambience was quite nice. While waiting for my take out order I was greeted by multiple staff who were eager to ask if I have been helped. While waiting I also observed kitchen staff making amazing looking pies with great attention to detail. When I got my order to go I knew I had to try a slice in my vehicle before driving home. I knew the experience wouldn't be the same if I waited 20 minutes. I'm glad I did. The crust is amazing and light. Cheese and toppings are not overly greasy or salty. Mike's hot honey is an excellent addition as well, it adds another dimension of flavour. Easily one of the best pies I've ever had. For an 18 inch pie of top quality, the price is also really quite good. I would absolutely recommend Noble Pie to anybody I know. I would really suggest trying it dine in first for the true experience.

I kinda didn’t enjoyed it last time in Eightyeight brewing cause maybe I just had a slice, and I’m halfway drunk. But I ordered a Half Roni and Half Fancy and I kid you not, this precious pie made my night! I live in a condo and every chic in the elevator complimented me and jokingly told me they want to join the party in my unit! Jokes on them, this whole pie is all for me! The crust was chewy and not dough-y. The first bite on Half Fancy was magical! Delicious, cheesy, saltiness from the meat with a kick from the jalapeño slices. I binged a tv series and finished the whole box and you know what? I’m not even guilty. I know it’s bad but if I want to be happy, I want to be happy NOW. I’ll order more next week. F	Fancy Travel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our experience here. The pizza is fantastic and the service was 5/5 (Nathan). The bonus was the leftovers ?… this pizza reheats amazing in the oven. 450 degrees for 3-4 minutes and you are good to go.

It’s amazing they finally opened up their own joint downtown, prior to this, it would be impossible to get your hands on a pie. The crust is just amazing, airy and bubbly, the pepperoni comes crispy and full of flavour. The caesar salad was a pleasant surprise, and probably the best one I’ve ever enjoyed. Be sure to order at least two sides of the Mike’s hot honey, straight out of Brooklyn. It’s the best condiment ever.
