R	Right On on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice lodge, room was clean and well laid out. Bed comfortable. Service was friendly and helpful. Cost high but reasonable. Dining room was a bit high priced but good food breakfast. To bad they charge so much for parking, a real negative. Good amenities in room
A	Annie Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved my time at Nita Lodge. It was cozy but elevated. Had all the amenities I needed, and especially appreciated the heated bathroom floors! Close to great restaurants, rentals spots and most importantly is just a few minute walk to the creekside gondola. I’ll be a regular at this hotel for trips back to Whistlers

It’s always the same when we come, and is in my opinion the most stunning hotel building in Whistler. Full disclosure I did work on the building in 2010, but that was simply how I found out about it and the initial reason why I decided to return for holidays. Will be coming back here for years to come. Also go to Fix Cafe when you come, trust me
k	kathy chou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nita lake lodge is amazing! I was greeted with superb kindness and service from everyone I encountered here. Blew my mind that they brought our luggage to our room when we left it for storage since we were early for check-in. Rooms were very clean and despite me not requesting room service, they still can't in and made our bed and cleaned up for us. We had the one bedroom lake view on the 3rd floor. Beautiful room. I love the heated bathroom floors and the soaking tub. The only thing worned out was the closet and kitchenette door --from all the banging in order to close it. They do need a dresser though for those staying more than a couple days. I don't like hanging my clothes nor socks... So it was kind of living out of the suitcase when we stayed for 5 nights. Coin operated laundry in basement is a plus but the dryer suck... Did not dry well after first round. Hot tub and heated pool is great .. Not glamorous but sufficient and clean. We did not try their restaurant. But the cafe is great! The shuttle guys are great and convenient for a village dinner. Would come back.
A	Alan Thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nita Lake Lodge is a luxurious hotel with generous sized rooms with a great little kitchenette to enable a bit of self catering or breakfasting in your room. The rooms are clean with quality toiletries, fluffy towels and dressing gowns with hotel slippers. The outdoor pool is a must as is the hot spa tub. Very relaxing after a day on the slopes/mountains. This was a return visit for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The experience did not match up to or impressions from our first visit. Reception staff let this place down in my opinion.

The breakfast ingredients are of the highest quality, and we still talk about them to this day. We had a room towards the middle overlooking the lake. In truth we did have minor annoyances but they were resolved swiftly. Communication was done through text messaging which was a convenience. This included requesting the complimentary shuttle service on demand. The driver was a pleasant human being with a smile on his face. The shuttle bus was a clean Mercedes Sprinter if I recall. We will be back along with my extended family, and friends for winter ski trips. It was truly a refreshing experience just lounging after two weeks of hiking and exploring Vancouver and the island's coast!
D	Dave's Devilish Delights on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a mixed bag, but still we left happy. The young concierge did a great job assisting with our departure which sealed the deal. Pros: Great location, beautiful lake etc Super convenient shuttle (Shane and Dennis deserve special acclaim) Gym, spa, ice bath and general comfort were good. Excellent cafe on-site Great in-room bath tub Cons: Wildly varying customer service level from various staff. Ranging from appalling to excellent. Courtney and the young male concierge excelled. Shower could take 2 minutes to get warm. 1 at a time to the gym, with an 8pm cut-off, despite the sign saying 11pm. Some days we randomly got "quick service" for our room which means they left a few fresh towels. Didn't even empty bins.
E	Eddy Adra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're planning to pay lots of money to stay in their "mountain view" rooms, don't let the description fool you, it's literally overlooking the parking lot, residential homes with mountains in the back. My wife and I were very disappointed when we got to the suite as we paid a significant amount of money to find ourselves facing the parking lot. We shared our concerns with front desk and then escalated it to the supervisor. He was kind enough to extend complimentary drinks and parking but it didn't make up for the view disappointment. I believe the description on the website is false advertisement and the lodge should add pictures of the view to set realistic expectations. If I'm paying $500 a night, I would've stayed elsewhere that offer better views . You're also better off swimming in your bathtub. The pool and hot tub is a joke so don't keep your hopes up! On the other hand, the suite is nice, the restaurant and our servers were great - great food. My wife and I sat outside that overlooked the lake and it was so relaxing. I can see how the lakeside view rooms can be amazing to stay at. Would we visit again.... not too sure. It was a big disappointment as we were really in need for a serene getaway.
