★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unit itself was clean and tidy, lacked a second TV and also storage in master bedroom and hallway closet taken by the owners belongings. Expected some basic kitchen items but just a little coffee. Hot tub was not open despite Vacasa saying it would be... no refund offered for this and very poor customer service from them as a management firm. Would not rebook, certainly not under Vacasa...Still no effort from vacasa to slove issues ...July 2021.. 7 months later
