★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service, the ladies working there are so friendly! Helpful if you’re unsure about sizing or just looking to browse too! They also have amazing accessories too, I love the wood wick candles personally!! Their online delivery is also 10/10! Very quick and I loved the thank you card they included with my purchase. I received a notification from the Shopify app as well as a personal text message letting me know my item was delivered! Highly recommend! Locally owned as well!

After an off-putting expirience at Nina's, I wrote a review detailing my encounter. I was pleased with the follow up from the store as it showed their care for customer service. I would like to thank them for their timely response. I have revised my review as it seems despite the poor delivery of the ladies comments, her intentions were honourable. I would, however, suggest that the store mark clothing they wish customers not touch as to avoid similar encounters. I would also suggest that they put care into their tone and body language, especially when dealing with similar issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fabulous find! I had a great experience shopping at Nica’s and chatting with the super friendly and helpful Nicole. The other sales assistant was great as well. Everything I bought was reasonably priced and of great quality. The only thing Nica’s can improve on is stocking up on smaller sizes when it comes to denim. Thank you!
